The Dor wine series of Netofa Winery is released only during great vintages. The best plot of a specific variety is vinified and aged with care in order to ensure the expression of the quality of these outstanding grapes from our Ein Dor vineyards located at the Lower Galilee terroir.
Uniquely situated on the foothills of Mount Tabor, our Chenin Blanc vineyard, with its light soil has led to an elegant effusion of fruit and earthy flavors, carrying a slight hint of oak. This sophisticated wine was aged in a French oak barrels for 10 months, and as any fine wine, will age beautifully.
The Roussanne & Chenin Blanc grapes unveils a symphony of natural fruit aromas. After a Slow
Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tank. The wine captures the essence of its terroir— a
light soil, combined with the vineyard’s unique location, yielding a crisp and fruity elixir. With a pale
lemon hue, medium body, and refreshing acidity, it dances on the palate, revealing a variety of flavors.
This wine takes you on a journey from opulent tropical nuances to subtle whispers of green apple, lemon
grass, and honey.
An elegant blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre produced from the richest soil Israel has to offer, from only the best, seasonably harvested grapevines. The Syrah with its hints of berries and violets alongside the Mourvèdre with its subtle earthy undertones, aged for thirteen months in French oak casks, turning into a velvety, rich, balanced wine.
