A natural sweet wine produced from Chenin Blanc inspired by the dessert
wine tradition of southern France, an age-old tradition in which wine distiller’s alcohol (eau de vie) is added to the wine during fermentation.
This action stops the fermentation process to obtain a sweet and fortified, aromatic, fruity and wonderfully fresh wine. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to large used barrels for a
short period to allow oxidation of the wine and its softening
