Mas’ei Red brings you right into Pierre’s world and his subtle style. The wine illustrates the potential of the unique combination of Grenache, Sirah and Mourvedre and the schist of the vineyards of Languedoc. A spicy, juicy wine, full of life and the enjoyment of simple drinking. We see this as a wine that always delivers more than is expected of it. Vermentino is a Mediterranean grape that loves sunshine and proximity to the sea, while white Grenache flourishes on rocky soil in a hot, arid clime.

The Roussanne & Chenin Blanc grapes unveils a symphony of natural fruit aromas. After a Slow
Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tank. The wine captures the essence of its terroir— a
light soil, combined with the vineyard’s unique location, yielding a crisp and fruity elixir. With a pale
lemon hue, medium body, and refreshing acidity, it dances on the palate, revealing a variety of flavors.
This wine takes you on a journey from opulent tropical nuances to subtle whispers of green apple, lemon
grass, and honey.

Sometimes true inspiration is found at the source. This blend is inspired by the classic style of the Southern Rhone Valley in France, the source of the famous Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre blend.
Each of the components brings its qualities to the wine which balances power with elegance. The wine is aged for a period of 15 months in French oak barrels and has deep forest fruit aromas and a subtle freshness.

Ploughed earth, soft sunlight on the vines, a peace surrounding the vineyards and the inner storms they hold are the elements that create this unique blend.
The wine combines deep and concentrated Touriga Nacional, which gives powerful aromas and rich fruit, with elegant Syrah, contributing subtle layers of fragrance and flavor. Together they create A Mediterranean style wine which undergoes a 15-month ageing period in French oak barrels adding complexity and texture.

A natural sweet wine produced from Chenin Blanc inspired by the dessert
wine tradition of southern France, an age-old tradition in which wine distiller’s alcohol (eau de vie) is added to the wine during fermentation.
This action stops the fermentation process to obtain a sweet and fortified, aromatic, fruity and wonderfully fresh wine. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to large used barrels for a
short period to allow oxidation of the wine and its softening
